Hawkeye Partners
The Hawkeye story

Founded in 2004 by Claudia Faust and Scott McArtor, Hawkeye was launched with the mission of creating institutional-quality investment management programs in real estate private equity. The firm's name and mission is inspired by the lead character in James Fenimore Cooper's novel, The Last of the Mohicans. "Hawkeye" was a wilderness scout who often served as an intermediary between two different cultures. Understanding the values and interests of each, Hawkeye sought to protect those he guided through new frontiers.

Recognizing that real estate private equity continues to be a new frontier in many ways, Hawkeye Partners fosters new business relationships within the real estate investment community, while helping to protect capital through highly disciplined investment programs — it's what we call a "pioneering vision in real estate private equity."
