Our flagship Fund, Scout Fund I, was launched in 2006 on behalf of eight of our largest institutional relationships. The Fund's mandate is to source, underwrite and incubate the next generation of investment managers that can work directly with investors. These managers include established real estate operators and developers, as well as highly experienced break out groups from opportunity funds, REITs and financial institutions that have recently formed their own investment firms.
